    • Go over the complete list of documentation you will need to provide.

    • Get you access to our secure online portal to upload documentation pre approval!

  • We will review, verify and process your application to provide you accurate information on the following:

    • Provide detailed cash to close, rate and payment information to make sure you’re comfortable with everything.

    • Deliver an Pre-Approval letter – so you can start your home search with confidence!

    • If you need a superstar realtor, we can recommend agents that will help you find your new home

  • You start making offers on home you love with the help of your realtor.

    • Find homes that meet your needs and come up with an offer you would like to make (knowing your approved and what it will cost)

    • Get your offer accepted and go binding on your contract.

    • Schedule inspection, appraisal, provide the earnest money deposit, and start preparing for closing day!

  • Lock In Your Interest Rate

    Once you are under contract, we are able to secure your financing and lock in your interest rate.

    • Update the underwriter and verify the title work on the property.

    • Shop over 15 lenders for the best rate and costs and lock your loan in to avoid rates increasing.

    • Email your disclosures securely through our portal for e-signatures.

  • Close On Your Home

    Once all the disclosures are e-signed our processor will prepare everything to ensure a smooth closing on your new home

    • Submit the loan for a clear to close with the underwriter

    • Clear the final conditions and schedule your closing.

    • Send your wire for down payment and closing costs to ensure a smooth closing
